Shanna and Kimberly were incredible from start to finish. It was exactly what we were looking for and hoping for! The entire experience was smooth, well planned, and the photos turned out exceptional. Shanna is very professional and attentive to your ideas and desires with the photographs. But rest assured, if you don’t know what you want- she can take it from there. She was amazing with our newborn son- you can tell she is passionate about her work! I wish I could go back in time and have her photograph all of my five kids days after birth!!

Shanna came recommended to me by a co- worker and I am SO glad that we went with her. There aren't enough words to describe how amazing everything turned out. Shanna was very accommodating- (had my babe a few weeks early, therefore needed to bump up our session) she even squeezed us in last minute for a family session sooner than planned because of my husbands work schedule. Prior to our session, I truly had no idea what exactly was involved in a "newborn session". Sure, I've had family photos done before with children involved- but this was an art form in a whole different league. I was AMAZED by the way Shanna handled our sweet babe from posing (truly skilled) to changing his diaper without him even opening an eye. She truly knows the ins and outs of babies and exactly how to capture them in their purest form. I was also so impressed with her effortless creativity- I literally handed her my husbands flight helmet, flight suit and a quilt and asked her to come up with something- and she did not disappoint- this is one photo that my husband and I will treasure forever- how beautiful to see two of my husbands greatest life achievements together in a photo. Lastly, I need to mention how easy all this was for me- I just followed her very detailed instructions prior to the shoot and then drank coffee and relaxed in her seating area while she photographed our little guy- she just brought him over to me when she had finished (she even offered to let me hang around a little longer to nurse him before we headed home). Overall, we are so very pleased with the entire process of working with Shanna- definitely looking forward to future sessions with her!

We first learned about Shanna in the children’s contest a few years ago. You can’t help but be amazed at her work. We got pregnant with twins and I wanted to document the pregnancy and babies. She offered packages that allowed the documentation of all of these. One of the most important things that sold me was she has all the props and outfits, which was difficult for me to pick with my first daughter. We just finished our newborn pictures with Shanna and I was beyond amazed at the perfection she had, not only with hospitality for us while she took the pictures, but also the way she took the time to dress the kiddos and perfect the poses.

I first met Shanna when I asked her to be our photographer for the Oregon Children's Contest in 2015. Needless to say our 15 minute session with my almost 2 year old son produced the winning photo. I was impressed at how quick, professional, organized, and easy Shanna is to work with. Earlier in 2017 I had a milk bath mini maternity session. How fun and beautiful of an experience it was! Our latest was a newborn session with our daughter in which we did family and sibling photos and a couple custom props. I like how open to ideas she is and still expresses her own creative talent. Her studio is wonderfully comfortable, welcoming and accommodating. I also want to note that my canvas had a flaw when I received it and she ordered me a new one with ease and no extra cost to me. I have personally referred multiple friends and encourage you to check her out as well!
