Eugene Oregon Holiday Photographer: Christmas Sibling Photoshoot

Christmas in July, anyone?

I know it’s early (like, crazy early) but I honestly am thinking about my holiday sessions already. In fact, I usually plan my Christmas minis in November…for the following year! I’ve already got props ready to go for this year’s holiday pictures and am dreaming of a white Christmas. So, even though we’re all in shorts and sundresses right now, I thought it would be fun to share some photos from this Christmas sibling photoshoot I did last year.

It’s become a tradition for Katherine to bring her beautiful children (Italy and Austin) to my studio every year to document each Christmas—and each fun set of holiday outfits! She seriously has the cutest and most detailed clothing for her kiddos’ photos.

I wish I could claim credit for that little hot chocolate stand, but it was actually Mom who brought it in. She knew exactly what she wanted for her children’s holiday pictures and a hot cocoa stand was part of her vision. I would buy hot cocoa from these cuties any day! (Mom was sweet enough to let me keep the hot chocolate stand and I ended up using it for some of my Christmas minis. Everyone loved it!)

If you’re interested in holiday photos of your own family this year, now is the time to start thinking about it! I usually hold my Christmas minis in October, so we are only a few short months away. These sessions have become an annual tradition for many of my clients, so they book up very quickly. Be sure to contact me early if you’re interested, or follow along on Facebook or Instagram so that you’ll be among the first to hear when I open the schedule.

In the meantime, I hope you have a wonderful summer and that I’ll be seeing you in the studio for some holiday magic as soon as the weather turns frosty!
